Collaborative Edge Consulting, founded and led by Teri Reitan, is a Minneapolis-St. Paul-based firm specializing in business management, M&A, Systems Thinking, and career systems architecture, also known as Mosaic Journeys, LLC.

Reitan, who is active with the Alliance for Sustainability, focuses on organizational development and professional coaching as part of being the Chair of the Alliance’s Business Sustainability Partnership Program.
