Who we are
Collaborative Edge Consulting, was founded by Teri Reitan in 2007 (aka Mosaic Journeys, LLC) as a business and management consulting firm located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul twin cities area.
The company specializes in business management, Strategy, M&A, Systems Thinking, and career systems architecture and has led strategic initiatives across private, public, and non-profit sectors. Its client firms include financial services firms located in Minnesota and New York, as well as the healthcare and HVAC industries.
The name was changed to Collaborative Edge Consulting in 2025 to increase awareness of the financial benefits that organizations realize as they embrace collaborative teams and culture, and to better reflect her approach of developing and driving collaborative teams and cultures.
